We widely use Hard alloy end mills in machining scenarios in various industries because of their high hardness, wear resistance, and versatility. The following are the main performance characteristics of carbide end cutter:
1. High hardness: the hardness of carbide end cutter can be as high as 90HRA or more. This allows Hard alloy end mills to easily machine materials with high hardness, such as abrasive steel, stainless steel, titanium alloys and other materials
2. Wear resistance: suitable for machining high hardness and high strength materials, the main component of tungsten carbide is tungsten carbide, which has extremely high wear resistance and can remain sharp in the high-speed cutting and continuous machining of carbide end cutter.
3. High temperature resistance: carbide end mills can cut at temperatures as high as 800-1000 ℃, suitable for high-speed cutting, even in dry cutting or insufficient lubrication conditions, can maintain good cutting performance, reduce the risk of tool passivation
