How do you customize U drill blade products?

1. You tell us what you need, we listen

Provide: What material to drill? Hole diameter/depth? Machine model? Cooling method? Current pain points (photos are preferred).

2. The solution will be available in 3 days, and samples will be sent for free

Engineers will match the substrate + coating + groove type, and send 5-10 test knives.

3. Test the knives on site, and place an order if you are satisfied

Trial for 7 days, record: number of holes drilled, smoothness, whether there is chipping/chipping. We optimize based on feedback.
